- Analysis, design and programming custom CGI scripts for customers

- Trained and supervised service technicians in a service-oriented retail computer store. Built and repaired computers for customers and for internal use.
- Built and maintained a network consisting of Linux/SAMBA file servers, a Linux internet firewall, and approximately 30 stations consisting of DOS/Windows for Workgroups, Windows 95/98, Windows NT, Macintosh, and Linux machines.
