Well, I was on my own for supper tonight, so decided to walk across the street to the "Copper Kettle" restaurant. I ordered the Spinach Roll, don't bother with the salad, and a 1/2 litre of E&J Sauvignon Blanc. The "Spinach Roll" was actually a chicken breast, stuffed with spinach and Feta cheese, and covered with a creamy tomato and mushroom sauce. The chicken itself was a bit overdone, but other than that, the meal was quite good. Now, I'm no wine expert, but I like to try enjoying my wine for the bouquet and flavour, rather than just for the slight buzz.
